PRODUCT AVAILABILITY; PRICES; ORDERS: Every order purchased through our online store are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be contacted and provided options regarding how to resolve the matter. Prices for our products are subject to change, at our discretion. Product prices displayed on our website are valued in U.S. dollars and do not include tax or shipping charges. We charge sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within the state of California, for which the purchaser is responsible for. We reserve the right to refuse any order. In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to report the necessary authorities.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS: Any and all coupon codes may not be combined with any other coupon code, promotion or an additional discount. There are two locations to enter in a coupon code, within the cart, and at checkout. If a coupon code is missed, we do not offer refunds, however, a credit may be applied to your account which may be used on a future order placed directly with us (not online).
SHIPPING: Orders are typically shipped within 1 or 2 business days of order and payment confirmation. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship, we will attempt to blatantly post this information on our site. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS , UPS , FedEx and DHL, and packages can be tracked through the link provided in your order confirmation email and on USPS website. Please note that federal holidays may affect shipping availability.
As a majority of our domestic orders are processed through USPS priority mail, delivery times usually range 2 to 5 days depending on the package destination. We do not fulfill any international orders that are received on our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us: 877-598-9984. Requests for overnight shipping cannot be processed online; however, we generally can accommodate these requests if you place your order by 12 pm (PST) and by placing your order directly with our sales department, via firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-598-9984.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate. Mathco is not responsible for delays resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
LOST PACKAGES: Albeit rare, if a package gets lost in transit yet sent to the proper address, we will not be responsible. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the courier directly to recover the package or costs. In addition, courier services have been known to mark a package as “delivered” up to 36 hours prior to it physically being delivered.
PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS: If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-shipping the item. We are able to re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us and payment to re-ship has been received. To avoid this, when ordering, please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as making any mistake could significantly delay the delivery. When placing an order directly with a sales representative, all addresses are verified with customers for accuracy.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If there is any type of defect or damage to a product received after transit, we must be notified within three days from the date of delivery. If we are not notified within three days post-delivery, it is assumed that the package and products were received in good condition upon delivery.
RETURNS: At Hemp Health, we take customer satisfaction very seriously – we stand behind all our products, and we hope you enjoy your order as much as we enjoyed preparing it for you! We aim to provide high-quality products to our customers and we inspect every order for accuracy and quality prior to shipment. All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your order immediately upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during the shipping process. Below are our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
- All claims for returns must be made within 72 hours of delivery of the package
- All returns must have an RA number prior to being processed
- All returns must be received by us no more than 14 days after the initial delivery date of the order
- All sales are final on clearance or half off products.
- All returns must be only on damaged, defective, unused and unopened products.
If your product was purchased through a Hemp Health, Inc. distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return, exchange, or refund. We do not offer exchanges/refunds on any open products and due to taste or personal perception of strength. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
UNDAMAGED & UNOPENED PRODUCTS: To receive a refund for your undamaged or unopened order, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery of your package with a valid explanation. You may contact us via phone at 877-598-9984 or via email at email@example.com to obtain your RA (Return Authorization) code. You must include your RA number with your return for a full refund. Your return must be received by us no later than 14 days after your initial receipt of the package. Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to you, less shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. You may also choose to retain this amount as a credit on your account in lieu of receiving a refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CHECKOUT: The purchaser of these products agrees to the following: During the checkout process, you will be provided with the complete terms of your purchase. These products are not intended to be purchased by anyone under the age of 18 and purchasers agree not to resell these products to anyone under the age of 18. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) extracted from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
